Three roles, two of them at the same company on opposite sides of the same problem — building the systems, and deciding what they should be.

Junior Application Developer
PT Mitra Integrasi InformatikaAPL Tower, Jakarta — internal products and client systems
Application development across MII's internal products and client-owned enterprise systems, mostly on the .NET stack.
- Developed the DPLK Sure web application in ASP.NET, including its integrations with surrounding internal and external systems.
- Worked on the internal Bootcamp Resource Management (BRM) system as a back-end developer using .NET Core.
- Collaborated on the Help Desk Ticketing web project as a back-end developer using .NET Core.
- Built and maintained the CV-ME web application for creating and managing professional CVs.
- Contributed to PICK-ME, a talent search and recruitment application, and integrated it with CV-ME so candidate profiles and CVs open directly from search results.
Key contributions
- Built and shipped the API-based system integration between DPLK Sure and both internal and external applications.
- Reviewed and validated the data specifications in the BRD, FSD and TSD against the data DPLK Sure actually holds.
- Migrated the BRM database from its legacy structure to GUID-based primary keys, updated every foreign key relationship, and documented the whole process.
- Created the EmployeeContractExpirationInPlacement endpoint, surfacing contract expiry data on the dashboard in real time.
- Implemented the employee, placement and interview data download modules that cut the manual work out of reporting.

Requirements analysis and functional documentation for a project management information system, standing between the stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Worked closely with the development team to keep the mockup design aligned with the final system implementation.
- Ran user interviews and gathered feedback to refine the mockup design.
- Organised and coordinated offline meetings and virtual team discussions.
- Elicited and documented detailed requirements for the modules scheduled for development.
